Regulation respecting the Grosse-Île Sanctuary

Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife

DIVISION I ESTABLISHMENT AND TERRITORIAL DESCRIPTION

1. The following territory is established as a hunting and fishing reserve under the name Grosse-Île Sanctuary;

(a)  (paragraph revoked);

(b)  (paragraph revoked);

(c)  (paragraph revoked);

(d)  The Grosse-Île Sanctuary is described as follows:

A territory comprising Grosse Île, county of Montmagny and a strip of land immersed one-quarter of a mile around the said island;

(f)  (paragraph revoked);

(g)  (paragraph revoked);

(h)  (paragraph revoked).

DIVISION II REGULATION

2. Hunting is prohibited.

3. No person, with the exception of the following, shall possess arms or hunting devices:

(a)  peace officers in the exercise of their duties;

(b)  (paragraph revoked).
